Justin, a Houston native leads the staffing and technical operations of Galaxy IT Solutions. Justin has over 16 years of experience in providing IT services to clients in many different industries, primarly energy, manufacturing & healthcare verticals. Justin’s core technical competencies reside in Security, Networking & VoIP Justin holds an ITIL Foundation certification, NIST Cybersecurity Framework Practitioner, Fortinet NSE4, and Cisco CCNP certifications
VP of Strategic Sales
Danny leads sales and account management for Galaxy IT Solutions. Graduating from Radford University in 1998, with a degree in Ancient History and another in Political Science, Danny joined an outside sales team from Houston Texas specializing in home based technology packages. After much success, in 2003 Danny was offered an opportunity and relocated to Raleigh North Carolina where he joined a team promoting software and database driven services and products. Returning to Houston to work remote In 2007, Danny has been in the IT space ever since. Core competencies include IT infrastructure planning and deployment conceptualization, data room & conference room build outs, server architecture, Citrix, and capacity planning.
Helpdesk Manager
Markus leads our Helpdesk by coordinating support for our customers through Local dispatch, Phone, Email & Chat. Markus ensures our service delivery meets our contracted SLAs. He brings over 10 years experience in IT helpdesk supporting small to mid market environments.
