I spent 15 years inside a well-established Houston MSP — first as a server and networking administrator, then as Operations Manager — before joining a national healthcare provider as a systems integrations engineer. Along the way I saw the same trend over and over: personal interaction was being stripped out of technology support. Closing ticket volume became the goal. Clients became numbers.
In 2021 I started Galaxy IT Solutions to build the kind of MSP I’d want to hire. Conroe-based engineers who know your environment. Real conversations instead of canned responses.
